Tanya has worked in the legal industry for over 20 years.

Prior to commencing formal studies, she was employed as a conveyancing clerk. She completed her Articles of Clerkship with Toowoomba firm, Cleary & Lee Solicitors before being admitted to practice law in Queensland in 2006.

Since being admitted, Tanya has worked in private practice and is experienced in the areas of:-

• Conveyancing 

• Property Law 

• Deceased Estates 

• Wills 

• Enduring Powers of Attorney 

• Advance Health Directives

Whilst experienced in the areas of deceased estates and estate planning, her major interest and practice area is conveyancing. Having a keen interest in property and real estate, she has also spent time working in the real estate industry and understands what happens on both sides of the fence, so to speak!
